I came across this article from Realty Trac, the leading foreclosure tracking website. It is personally interesting to me, as I think college towns appear to be a really good investment; you always will have renters as long as the college is in session (and often for summer school session.) Definitely scrutinize those rental applications; you don't want your investment to be the house that hosts all the keggers!
